Rich Boehling is a 1984 graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering. He has over twenty-four years of experience in business operations, cell manufacturing, and process engineering. He works with customers throughout North America and the UK on improving workforce productivity.

As President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Productiv Inc, Rich leads a 400 employee multi-state lean manufacturing service firm engaged in outsourced production and consulting. Productiv serves Health Care, Power, Print and Digital Media, Furniture, Housing and Industrial Products industries.

He resides in Richmond Virginia with his wife and three children.
